Who We Are?

Humanitarian Relief and Development Council (HRDC) is a Woman-led organization based in Somalia, specifically in Garowe, Puntland State. It focuses on providing essential support and development initiatives for women, girls, Children, minorities, diverse groups, individuals with disabilities, and marginalized communities across Somalia.

HRDC is a national NGO delivering high-quality programming to beneficiaries across Somalia, HRDC is a Humanitarian relief, development and advocacy organization committed to community living a life free of poverty, violence and injustice. 

We have been building powerful partnerships for community since 2015, we are dedicated to working with the Somalia most vulnerable people and serve all people regardless of race, ethnicity or gender, HRDC programming is directed at refugees, returnees, vulnerable host communities, and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Somalia. 

HRDC has focused on ensuring high-quality, beneficiary focused solutions on the front lines of conflict, displacement, famine and economic collapse
