Who We Are?
Established in 2015, Humanitarian Relief and Development Council (HRDC) is a national NGO delivering high-quality programming to beneficiaries across Somalia in four core areas, outlined below. HRDC programming is directed at refugees, returnees, vulnerable host communities, and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Somalia.
The organization strives to facilitate people-centered development programs, supporting crisis-intervention as well as livelihoods-focused initiatives that create opportunities for marginalized and disadvantaged people.
Working in Federal state of Puntland, HRDC has focused on ensuring high-quality, beneficiary focused solutions on the front lines of conflict, displacement, famine and economic collapse.
